Volunteers are the heart of the Sumi-e Artists of Canada. They have kept the organization going over 25 years! The following volunteers belong to the executive. Positions are voluntary and members receive no salaries. The executive meets several times a year to set direction and fund activities that promote sumi-e art in Canada.

Executive Meetings
Executive meetings are held at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on several Saturdays following a workshop. See the workshops with an asterisk (*) to indicate when an executive meeting is planned.
Members of the Sumi-e Artists of Canada are encouraged to become a volunteer and join the executive. There are always positions to be filled and tasks requiring volunteers. Join as an ad hoc executive member. Contact any of the executive to see how you can help or send us a note.
